Your daily tasks:

leading and supervising recruitment processes for the entire group, particularly for key positions
workforce planning based on business strategy and operational objectives
analysis of staffing and competence needs in different areas of activity
working with managers to build team structures
advice to managers on talent acquisition and team development
monitoring and improving the onboarding of new employees
identification of training needs and planning and coordination of development activities
design and implementation of periodic appraisal systems and support to managers in development interviews
analysing results, recommending actions to support staff development and organisational effectiveness
support in the development of pay policy, advice on bonus schemes and analysis of pay competitiveness
building engagement and a culture of feedback, supporting communication during periods of change
shaping and promoting organisational values among employees
conflict resolution, mediation and minimisation of personal risks
ensuring that HR processes comply with labour legislation and creating and updating HR policies
