Your daily tasks:

Managing the Production Department in compliance with legal and internal health and safety requirements (ISO 45001)
leading a team of more than 120 people and motivating staff
Planning, monitoring and optimising of the production plan; making adjustments to maintain deadlines and quality
fulfilment of external and internal customer orders on time and to quality standards (ISO9001, 14001)
Performance analysis, reporting of KPIs to the Plant Manager
inventory management in assigned departments and initiation of cost-saving measures
cooperation with other teams within the group: purchasing, planning, engineering, quality, lean

The ideal candidate(s) will have:

Experience as a production manager in the electrotechnical industry or in wiring harness production / cabinet prefabrication / assembly
knowledge of production processes and quality standards for the electrotechnical industry
ability to manage a large team (100+), resistance to time pressure
good communication, organisational and decision-making skills
root cause analysis and problem solving
ability to calculate costs
