POWER OF EDUCATION
We are successfully engaging in the education of young people, patronizing a class with an electrical technician profile at Jan Długosz School Complex No. 2 in Wieluń. This field of study is part of the several decades-long traditions of vocational training in Wieluń, and electrical technicians are still professionals with a high position on the labor market.
We provided our pupils with specialized equipment and a modern workshop, successively retrofitted. We regularly take them on educational trips and invite them to visit our company. We also provide the opportunity to participate in specialized industry training and courses developing soft skills.
Students of patronage classes can undergo apprenticeships in our companies. The best can count on paid summer internships. We think of them as our potential employees. Graduates of the patronage class, after employment in Ania Holding, can count on funding for studies at technical universities.
Our work and commitment to the strategy towards patronage classes have been appreciated by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. It awarded us, in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, with the title of “Employer of Tomorrow 2019”.
