- helping new employees to enter the company (read: onboarding with a human face)
- keeping recruitment records (yes, HR has its paperwork too)
- cooperation with employment agencies and training companies
- answering staff questions (sometimes funny, sometimes serious)
- participation in HR projects: competence matrix, onboarding, regulations, people development
- preparation of reports and statements for the HRBP (don't worry, we'll teach you everything)
