The position includes the ongoing maintenance and development of the company's IT environment and providing support to users. The person employed in this position will be responsible for administering the Microsoft 365 environment, server infrastructure, network devices, firewalls, virtual environments, and the backup system.

An important part of the work will also include preparing and servicing workstations, diagnosing hardware and system issues, maintaining equipment and license records, and participating in the process of purchasing equipment and software.

The position also involves developing automation in the IT area and within the company, including creating simple assistants, chatbots and scripts, and using language models to streamline repetitive processes.

Your daily tasks:

Managing the Microsoft 365 environment.
Keeping records of equipment and licenses.
Preparing valuations and reporting on the demand for the purchase of equipment and software.
Providing support to users through the Helpdesk.
Preparing workstations in terms of hardware and software.
Diagnosing and solving hardware and system problems.
Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment.
Managing, monitoring, updating, and maintaining Windows Server and/or Linux server systems.
Configuration and ongoing management of network devices and firewalls.
Maintaining and developing virtual environments.
Maintaining the consistency of backup copies.
Creating and maintaining simple assistants, bots, and automation scripts.
Integration of language models to automate repetitive processes in the IT department and within the company.

Our requirements

Practical experience in Windows Server environments administration, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP, and/or Linux.
Knowledge of networking issues, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN and VPN.
Experience in configuring and managing network firewalls.
The ability to diagnose and repair computer equipment.
The ability to prepare work positions related to hardware and software.
Communicative knowledge of the English language.
Driving license category B.
