prefabrication of control cabinets and electrical switchgear on the basis of technical documentation
operation and maintenance of power tools
quality control of components used for prefabrication of equipment
responsibility for the quality of the cabinets and compliance with the documentation
maintaining order and observing health and safety rules at the workplace
coordination of a team of 5-15 people: planning of tasks, day-to-day supervision of work, technical and organisational support for team members
cooperation with the design and production department to optimise assembly processes

be able to read wiring diagrams, technical and assembly drawings
you are experienced in prefabrication and assembly of switchgear/electrical cabinets
you are familiar with quality standards and technical documentation relating to prefabrication
you operate basic electrical apparatus and power tools
you have accuracy and manual dexterity
you are committed to your work and able to work as part of a team
you have experience in leading a technical or assembly team and are able to organise and motivate employees
you have knowledge of electrotechnology and electromechanics
you have an SEP licence up to 1kV
