About the Project
The cable harnesses we produce support the operation of machinery, production lines, control devices, and specialised technical systems. Thanks to an individual approach to each project, we create solutions that meet specific application, environmental, and operational requirements. Our products are used in industrial and commercial facilities, rail vehicles, automation systems, and infrastructural installations, where the reliability of connections is crucial for safety and continuous operation.

CHALLENGE
Modern industrial systems require increasing precision, reliability, and resilience for operation in harsh conditions. Each application has its own technical requirements concerning cable assembly, wire type, labelling method, electrical parameters, and mechanical and environmental resistance.
The challenge lies not only in the production of the component itself, but also in ensuring the full repeatability of processes and compliance with the quality requirements of customers representing various industries. Particularly high standards apply in sectors such as train, energetics, industrial automation or technical infrastructure, where the failure of a single connection can affect the operation of the entire system.
In response to these requirements, we conduct production in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001 standards. Our wiring harnesses are UL certified for Processed Wiring Harnesses, and we possess AQAP 2110:2016 Certificate confirms the fulfilment of quality requirements applicable to projects requiring special supervision of the production process. Each stage of implementation is subject to quality control, and finished products are subjected to tests confirming their parameters and conformity with technical documentation.
