    The implementation of advanced railway investments on lines such as LK 201 and LK 214 involves enormous logistical and technical risks, where any delay in deliveries or error in component selection can paralyse the schedule of the entire undertaking. To eliminate these threats, we have implemented an original model of proactive supply chain management, which changes the rules of cooperation on such demanding projects.

    Instead of passively waiting for materials, we focused on close integration of our activities with contractors and infrastructure managers. This close coordination allows us to continuously optimise delivery schedules, synchronising them with the pace of work on the construction site so that materials arrive exactly when they are needed, avoiding costly downtime.
