About the Project
Modern public space management requires solutions that combine concern for residents' safety with strict attention to the municipality's budget. The modernisation of lighting in the Osjaków municipality was a response to a key challenge: how to significantly reduce energy costs without sacrificing the quality of lighting that builds comfort and a sense of security after dark. The system we implemented is more than just a replacement of light fittings; it's a comprehensive transition to intelligent management of urban infrastructure.

About the Project
The foundation of our operations was the implementation of a master system that gives the administrator full control over the infrastructure. We understand that the municipality's needs are dynamic, which is why the delivered system ensures full operational flexibility. Thanks to it, changes to lighting schedules can be made instantly and at no cost. Furthermore, the system allows for the rapid implementation of special scenarios, such as crisis calendars, responding to the current needs of the community in real time.

CHALLENGE
At Ania Holding, we don’t rely on estimates – we rely on hard data. As part of the project, we have implemented a smart lighting control system that adjusts the output of the luminaires to actual traffic levels and weather conditions. The results speak for themselves: the annual reduction in energy consumption amounted to as much as 180.6 MWh. This translates into real operational savings of around 73%, which represents a significant financial boost to the local authority’s budget, funds that can be channelled towards other development projects.

The implementation in Osjaków municipality is a project that looks to the future. The infrastructure has been designed in an open-ended way, allowing for seamless expansion with additional smart functionalities. The system enables easy integration with supplementary sensors, such as motion detectors, air quality sensors, or noise monitoring systems. Thanks to this, Osjaków municipality is taking a decisive step towards smart space in the Smart City standard, being ready for the challenges of tomorrow.
