We are proudly pleased to announce that JB Jacek Bogucki Production and Trade Company Ltd., part of the Ania Holding group, has obtained the AQAP 2110:2016 certificate awarded by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification. This is an important step in our development and confirmation that our production processes meet the requirements set for suppliers to the defence sector.

What exactly does the AQAP 2110 certificate mean and what is its significance for our Clients?

AQAP 2110:2016 is a quality standard developed by NATO that specifies requirements for companies carrying out production for military and defence industries. This certification significantly expands the ISO 9001 quality management system, placing emphasis on specific procedures required in defence contracts.

For our clients, this means that we operate according to strict procedures, which ensure high quality and repeatable execution of projects.

Achieving AQAP 2110:2016 is confirmation that our competencies and production organisation meet the requirements set by the defence sector. It is also the result of consistent development and investment in quality.

As a company specialising in the production of cable harnesses, control cabinets and components based on our own or client-provided documentation, we have been building our advantages for years based on:

  • experienced engineering staff
  • modern machine park
  • own laboratory facilities
  • flexible approach to production and scaling of manufacturing capacity

AQAP Certificate confirms that these elements are not only our strength but also meet international quality requirements.

New opportunities and development towards the defence market

Obtaining certification opens up collaboration opportunities with entities in the defence sector and participation in projects requiring compliance with NATO standards.

This is a natural direction of development for our company. Our experience in producing complex electrical harnesses, including with UL certification, and the execution of projects based on individual customer requirements form a solid foundation for entering a market with high quality demands.

Safety and quality as the foundation of production

Implementing AQAP 2110 requirements is not just a formality, but a real strengthening of our processes. We particularly emphasise:

  • quality control at every stage of production
  • full traceability of components and products
  • risk management and the protection of confidential data and technical documentation
  • full verification and supervision of the supply chain, eliminating the risk of using unqualified components
  • Compliance with customer requirements and technical documentation

This enables us to provide our business partners with a high level of security and reliability of the delivered solutions, meeting the criteria of Government Quality Assurance (GQA).

Direction for the future

We see obtaining the AQAP 2110:2016 certificate as the next stage in our organisation's development. We want to further strengthen our competencies, develop our offering, and build long-term relationships with demanding partners.

We are ready for new challenges and projects where quality, precision, and responsibility are of key importance.
